Administrative Nursing Supervisor

Summary: Has primary responsibility for the coordination of patient services and is the hospital administrative representative during his/her shift in the absence of management and administrator. Provides leadership, responds to emergencies, and acts as a clinical resource.

Requirements: California RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Three years of nursing experience including experience as a supervisor and/or Charge Nurse in an acute care setting. Knowledge of hospital regulatory agencies and national practice standards. BSN or higher degree required. **Night Shift Differential**
