CBRNE Analyst

Position Overview:
ANSER is seeking a CBRNE Analyst to work full-time / onsite at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD (APG) to augment client support teams a subject matter expert to various acquisition programs and commands. The person in this role will provide CBRNE operations and planning subject matter expertise and program support to a government-customers focused on the planning and the implementation of new technologies and methodologies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identify program and resource needs and requirements and assess those requirements based on the program needs of a CBRNE Program customer
  • Provide strong program management expertise
  • Provide strong acquisition and project management-based expertise
  • Provide technical writing support to policy and planning document development

Required Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years+ experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Strong understanding of the Program Executive Offices and Commands on Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG)
  • Experience managing or supporting a government contractor personnel security program
  • Strong communication, briefing, and technical writing skills required
  • High degree of interpersonal skill in working with various levels of technical and business oriented individuals
  • Strong Microsoft Products Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus

Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):

  • Master's or advanced degree
  • Operations Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) Certified
  • Prior military or government civilian experience supporting JPEO-CBRND, CMA, DEVCOM-CBC or ATEC
  • Familiarity Microsoft Project/Visio and Tableau
  • DoD Top Secret or higher security clearance
