The Position

This position serves as the first point of contact for our clients and the voice of our company. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of our practice and services to quickly problem-solve a client's needs or route the call to the appropriate department for assistance. The focus of this team is to build positive relationships with our clients while delivering world-class customer service. Applicants should be excited to work in a collaborative team environment that requires multitasking.
