Contracts Administrator

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide full life cycle contracts administration leadership and support to our DoD clients. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements with prime contractors. Identify and assist with the resolution of Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) concerns. Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation for DoD contracts
- Experience with a variety of contract types, including cost reimbursable, fixed-price, and time and material
- Experience with OCI terms and mitigation plans
- Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work and identifying areas of risk and risk mitigation strategies following company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Ability to independently negotiate with prime contractors
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with contract administration or 9+ years of experience with contract administration in lieu of degree

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
