General Function:

You would provide hope, dignity, and respect, as well as, excellent customer service to adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis by providing admission activities for our Crisis Services Walk-In Center and taking referrals from outside agencies for our Mobile Crisis program.

Qualifications; Knowledge and Training:

To qualify you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other behavioral health related field from an approved university training program. Ability to work effectively in a crisis service delivery setting dealing with individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis and agencies making referrals. Ability to use mature judgment in problem resolution and provide excellent customer service to clients, staff and outside agencies. The person must be able to demonstrate self-motivation, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. The person must be a good listener and possess the ability to be supportive and be able to help others to achieve a feeling of well-being.

Shift Availability:

  • 1 - 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2 - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
  • 2 - 11:00pm - 7:30am
