Job Summary
The Global CRM Manager will serve as Aldevron’s internal project manager for the design and implementation of Salesforce as a comprehensive commercial workflow solution (from lead generation to invoicing).
In this role, you will partner closely with Aldevron’s internal commercial CRM champion to translate complex business processes and needs into technical requirements and manage technical resources to affect the desired deliverables. You will ultimately serve as the business partner to global commercial and finance leaders to drive efficiency in commercial processes and business insights through the CRM. In addition to implementation, this role will be responsible for creating a future CRM roadmap to drive sustainment and optimization, through continuous development and new feature implementation guided by user needs and building analytics/reporting functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall project management of phased SFDC CRM implementation (including integration with ERP system), including partnering with internal stakeholders to define and document business requirements, developing phasing and scoping of solution/technical design and test plan, and liaising/iterating with external technical resources for execution
  • Partner with commercial and business leaders and teams to identify desired KPIs and develop reporting/dashboard functionality to facilitate real-time analysis
  • Continue to support and drive ongoing SFDC improvement, including creating and sustaining a CRM roadmap
  • Evaluate additional Salesforce and AppExchange partner release features for business benefit and developing comprehensive rollout plans (including socialization, training, communication, requirements documentation, testing, and release management)
  • Stewardship over data integrity, including owning and executing consistent data cleaning practices to ensure accurate data entry as well as interfaces with other systems (ERP, applications, mobile systems, etc)
  • Provide technical resolutions and escalation support to the field
  • Drive user adoption and engagement through development of best practices and training curricula
  • Develop an internal network of CRM professionals across Danaher to leverage CRM best practices and innovative ideas, and represent Aldevron in annual or bi-annual Danaher Salesforce Corporate Meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Salesforce Certifications strongly preferred (Administrator, CPQ, App Builder, )
  • At least 10+ years’ work experience, with 7+ years of direct Salesforce experience required (including implementation and reporting/analytics)

Abilities:

  • Prior experience with sales or commercial operations workflows
  • Strong communications skills. This role will interact with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization, including senior executives
  • Global mindset, with ability to identify regional user needs as Aldevron grows
  • Ability to work well and effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Problem solving and results driven, with proven track record of project management
