F-35 Acquisition Intelligence/Engineering Analyst

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
ANSER is seeking an engineer/ technology analyst to assess intelligence and future threats to the F-35. This analyst will conduct research, analyze threats, compare threats to existing F-35 capabilities, and make recommendations related to requirements based on threat assessments. To do so, the analyst must have an understanding of basic engineering or technology, and must have relevant experience in intelligence analysis. Additionally, this analyst must be comfortable presenting threat information to high level government officials and decision makers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 10 years of experience in engineering or a technical field
- 6 years of experience in intelligence or as an intelligence analyst, science and technology analyst, or tactical air crew member
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering analysis related to avionics, radar and weapons employment
- Broad experience analyzing threats to aircraft operations
- A technical understanding of MASINT and ELINT
- Experience with Low Observable tactics, operations, and employment
- 1 year of experience supporting acquisition in a program office or a major service staff in an intelligence role
- 1 year of requirements development expertise
- 1 year of experience working with National Disclosure Policy
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree (or Bachelor's degree with an additional 4 years of experience) in Engineering or other technical field required.
