Logistics Program Manager

Position Overview:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Logistics Program Manager to support our U.S. Department of Health & Human Services client onsite at L'Enfant Plaza in Washington, DC.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing operating requirements for the logistics program based on immediate and long term operating plans to provide consistent, timely and adequate support of ASPR program elements based on projected requirements.
- Responsible for identifying logistical issues that must be accommodated to meet production to user logistical requirements.
- Understand the concerns surrounding the form, fit, and function of the product within packaging requirements such as shelf life control and stockage, temperature control, security of shipments, shipment en-route tracking, maintenance and surveillance, and other aspects of the logistical support.
- Coordinate and work closely with logistical support agencies to identify logistical needs and develop plans when product reaches FDA approval and is shipped to military users.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (business, logistical management, or engineering focus preferred).
- 8+ years’ experience and experience in the medical logistical system.
- Level III DAU certification in life cycle logistics domain preferred.
- Candidate must provide proof of fully vaccinated status against COVID-19.
