Resource Leader - Maternal Services

Position Summary:
The Resource Leader role is a leadership position in Patient Care Services. The Resource Leader directs developmentally appropriate nursing care to patients. Demonstrates a commitment to and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures and standards of the nursing Division and the hospital. Acts a role model to staff members, promoting excellence in patient care. Is able to effectively manage team work concepts.

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current L&D experience required, prior charge experience preferred
  • BSN preferred

Certification/License:

  • Current Massachusetts RN licensure
  • BCLS
  • NRP
