The Senior Program Partner is responsible for program implementation including but not limited to planning, training, collaboration with regional team members, reporting and partnership management. Engagement will be at the national program level, with activation at the regional level, and will focus on providing superior service and support to our network of internal and external program supporters with results that save lives. Assigned program:
Get in the Game. Save a Life. (Get in the Game) – Be The Match’s leading registry enrollment program that utilizes the power of athletics to save lives.
Program partners:
Partners include individual and group level program supporters: coaches, student athletes, nonprofit organizations, corporations, conference, and national networks.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/Program Management:
- Serve as program manager, acting as the point of contact for Get In The Game day-to-day operations.
- Act as relationship manager on for assigned program partners.
- Trainer for program to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as athletic and program subject matter expert to all internal and external parties.
- Represent Be The Match at approved conferences both virtually and in person.
- Plan select Get in the Game conference attendance with support of Regional Marketing.
- Identify and research future program growth opportunities and elevate to supervisor for vetting.
- Assist in pitching, closing, managing, and renewing program partners.
- Accountable to data driven KPIs including program renewal rate, registration volume and donor availability.
- Responsible for program and partner specific impact reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support needs of the Get in the Game team, as well as the Programs and Partnerships team, under direction of leader.
- Track and manage assigned budget line-items for athletics/Get in the Game.
- Provide input to leader, and collaboration with team, on strategic planning and execute upon plan operationally.
- Collaborate closely with BTM Regional Marketing to influence measurable marketing materials, strategies and communication plans that support the growth and development of program.
- Collaborate with peer team to provide one BTM voice and partnership experience in market.
- Anticipate and execute on the needs for internal and external stakeholders erring on the side of overcommunication and transparency.
- Maximize program impact within scope of budget and human resources building upon program network of supporters.
- Identify and act upon operational inefficiencies, escalating to peer team and leader.
- Responsible utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to capture program activity, create campaigns and monitor campaigns created by team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/Knowledge of:

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care, education or closely related field or 10+ years subject matter expertise in cellular therapy recruitment, or other related field such as blood recruitment
- 5+ years managing partnerships and/or accounts
- Experience managing and renewing business at an 80%+ partner retention rate
- Working with clients or leaders from multiple backgrounds and disciplines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
- Experience with Be The Match key partnerships/programs.
- Background communicating effectively with targeted partnership populations areas such as: presentations, conferences, classrooms, and volunteerism
- Connections into regional and national potential partnerships
- Experience creating, maintaining, and revitalizing partnerships

Travel: 20-30%. All travel to be preapproved by the manager to include representing Be The Match at conferences, key regional registry recruitment events, department, and company meetings. Travel will be seasonal in nature.
