Technology Analyst (mid-level)

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

This mid level analyst will provide analytical support to the USD R&E, Office of the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Mission Capabilities, Office of Prototypes and Experimentation. The qualified analyst will have experience with natural language processing, as well as tagging and sorting keywords from unstructured texts. Qualified candidates will also have strong verbal and written communication skills and will frequently interface with GS 15 and above stakeholders. The candidate will also be comfortable synthesizing end user requirements and expressing them to coders. A TOP SECRET level clearance is required for this position.

Requirements:

  • TOP SECRET clearance
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree (or higher) in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, management or related discipline.
  • Experience in government S&T, weapons systems research and developmental testing
  • Experience in R&D Testing, Evaluation, and Assessments
  • Familiarity with DOD acquisition/budget process and procedures
  • Military service experience.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • DoD public communications experience and Technical Writing or Publishing.
