General Function:

The person holding this position has the responsibility to efficiently receive phone calls, enter data, assign calls to Assessors and maintain constant contact with all referral sources to ensure timely dispositions and transfers.

Qualifications; Knowledge and Training:

The person in this position must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a mental health or related area mental health discipline. This person must also have the ability to work with conflicting or competing demands or interest of clients, employees, sponsors in the distribution of work, evaluating work and good program effectiveness. This position requires individual judgment in patient assignment and case disposition, and in program administration.
