ERP Solutions Architect - Supply Chain

The Position

The ERP Solutions Architect - Clinical Supply Chain will work closely with business partners to lead the development, implementation, and support of Arrowhead Pharma’s ERP system (Dynamics365 for Finance & Supply Chain). This includes analyzing business requirements and transforming those requirements into working solutions in a 21 CRF Part 11 validated environment. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate the ERP product intake process for the Supply Chain function
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, business analysts, and ERP system owners to deliver scalable solutions
  • Work with business owners to formulate risk based (GxP, Non-GxP) test cases and test plans
  • Apply experience in meeting corporate IT CSA and SOX requirements
  • Assist in information gathering and documentation of internal and external audit requirements.
  • Document system administration processes and procedures
  • Seek to identify digital transformation opportunities
  • Identify and resolve application issues
  • Design, develop, and install enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software
  • Work with other Information System staff to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing
  • Cultivate, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices
  • Where necessary, prepares, establishes, and monitors contracts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and manage role-based training catalog and system access requirements
  • Coordinate the scheduling, communication, cadence of functional releases and software upgrades.
  • Work with ERP system owners on development and maintenance or the System Inventory (CMDB)
  • Oversee system changes through QMS, from inception to closure.
  • Perform enterprise application administration tasks
  • Triage and resolution of ERP issues and requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
  • ERP Supply Chain planning experience including, warehousing and inventory management, Shipping & Receiving, manufacturing, and Quality.
  • Experience in administration and support of ERP systems in a 21 CRF Part 11 environment
  • Direct experience with system management tools
  • Expertise in system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
  • Understanding IT SOX control testing, processes, and reviews
  • Demonstrated capabilities with QMS in a 21 CRF Part 11 environment
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred:

  • Project management professional certification or relevant experience
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain preferred
