F-35 Senior Requirements Analyst

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
The F-35 is the most advanced weapon system in the history of military aviation. As part of this team, you will work with engineering specialists, SMEs, commercial industry, Senior DoD leadership and the greater aviation community to shape the future of F-35 warfighting capabilities. As a senior requirements analyst, you will interface with threat analysis teams, modeling teams, and service requirements officers to assess needed capabilities for ensured air dominance. You will help to transfer capability needs into specific system requirements for each variant of the F-35, to include working with international partners. Specific job requirements are listed below. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 10 years of experience in an engineering or technical position
- At least 6 of those years of military flight experience in a 4th generation U.S. strike/ fighter aircraft
- Major staff or program experience
- Experience in requirements development and a DoD systems acquisition program
- TOP SECRET Clearance with SAR& SCI eligibility
- Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree (or bachelor’s degree with an additional 4 years of experience) in engineering or technical discipline
