GI Technician, Per Diem

Summary: Under direct supervision of RN. Provides technical support of age-specific multicultural nursing care for the patient requiring procedural sedation during GI diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.

Requirements: BLS certification required, GI Tech certification preferred. Demonstration of professional knowledge and responsibility through references from education and/or experience. Must be a High School graduate and a graduate of an Operating Room Technician Program with preferably one year of experience in the Operating Room or GI Lab.
