Job Description:
- Develop and lead advisory, product and service development for Health Policy, Market Access and Reimbursement for the benefit of NAMSA clients.
- Lead and develop concise and visually impactful presentations and proposals for strategic activities with new or existing clients, leveraging NAMSA’s advisory resources
- Define future NAMSA offerings in the Reimbursement, Market Access, Health Economics and Health Policy.
- Able to take a problem-solving approach to development of solutions for clients, and leading internal resources in a changing and ambiguous environment.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
- Required: 4-6 Years of professional experience with Bachelors.
- Preferred: 2-4 Years of Professional Experience with Masters or MBA.
- Required: Expert communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to concisely explain complicated concepts to executives within and outside of NAMSA
- Preferred: Project Management, Agile or ASQ Certification with experience leading at least one major matrixed project.
- Required: Expert Level PowerPoint report development required.
- Proven situational leadership skills and the ability to motivate and generate enthusiasm with individuals across all levels of the organization
- Exemplary interpersonal skills that translate into positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Commitment to working in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytic skills with the ability to apply knowledge outside of one’s immediate functional area
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience within the healthcare reimbursement space is preferred.
- Interest in healthcare commercial strategy, health care delivery or insurance, regulatory, policy issues
