Inventory Manufacturing Associate

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for maintaining stock in the ERP system. This role will also maintain and restock bulk inventory and other tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and disposal of discontinued products
- Manufacture inventory within the ERP system
- Assist with cycle counts
- Record and document appropriate paperwork
- Troubleshoot issues that come up with manufacturing jobs, product specifications, and product shortages
- Additional projects as time allows. This will require someone who is flexible, eager to learn and willing to take on greater responsibility.
- Stock bulk finished and raw product in appropriate locations in freezers and fridges
- Receive incoming raw materials
- Hours for this position will be 8AM-4PM. This schedule is subject to change within standard business hours (6AM-6PM M-F).
Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent a plus
- Must be able to use a computer and Excel
- Previous biology or chemistry lab experience a plus
- Must be able to work in cold conditions ( -20 degrees Celsius )
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic mathematical concentration calculations
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Ability to work well in a team setting

Experience:
- Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
