Position Overview:
Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an IT Specialist to support our U.S. Department of Health & Human Services client onsite at L'Enfant Plaza in Washington, DC.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages Content Management System; Conducts Web administration support.
- Assist with help desk & user support.
- Supports Systems/Network Administration.
- Provide 508 compliance support for PHE.gov/ASPR sites & related organizational efforts.
- Responsible for supporting and coordinating IT and related services and solutions (systems).
- Provides support for ASPR/OEM’s technology requirements.
- Advises ASPR/OEM regarding issues concerning the provision of IT support as needed.
- Provides technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other team members on day to day IT issues on existing or new IT systems that encompass one or more areas of IT, including security, applications, LAN/WAN, customer support, etc., and other related processes used to improve performance, availability, reliability, and enhance efficiencies.
- Applies IT principals to solve problems and make recommendations that support ASPR/OEM IT policies or programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years’ experience.
- Candidate must provide proof of fully vaccinated status against COVID-19.
