Life Sciences Recruiter

As the Life Sciences Recruiter you will work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure qualified candidates are selected to fill open positions for either Direct Hire or Contracted roles. This includes collaborating to determine current and future recruitment needs for their departments as well as developing plans to ensure timelines for projects are achieved and operations is not disrupted. Additionally, the Life Sciences Recruiter will create a pipeline of talent for future openings of specific job profiles by searching job boards, utilizing the internet, networking etc. They will also review resumes, pre-screen and interview candidates all while providing feedback to Hiring Managers via our processes and systems. The Life Science Recruiter will also work with the Hiring Manager to identify a suitable location for interviews and assist in scheduling candidates and preparing for the interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes, pre-screen and interview candidates all while providing feedback to Hiring Managers via our processes and systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both the Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Source, screen, telephone interview, provide written assessment, and schedule candidates
  • Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
  • Source talent, proactively, while consistently engaging pipeline of candidates.
  • Manage requisition(s) in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Communicate to Acutis Leadership, Hiring Managers and Candidates in a timely manner
  • Maintain all records and reporting to Hiring Managers and Leadership in a timely manner
  • Partner with other Human Resources team members on onboarding selected candidates.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in Full-Cycle recruitment in the Life Sciences industry required
  • Strong network of industry contacts is a must
  • Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical Industry highly desired
  • Experience utilizing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) required
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other venues for sourcing and networking (job bords/ social media outlets) required
  • Proven success with recruiting key roles in the Life Sciences and Bio-Pharma industry.
  • Ability to strategically address recruiting needs and prioritize based on knowledge gained about the organization.
  • Ability to display adequate interpersonal skills that lead to building successful relationships organizationally and with external vendors.
