Marketing Manager
Come build the future of healthcare with us! As Marketing Manager, you will bring a passion for developing and executing strategic marketing that informs and engages. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter with a history of executing PR, event and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute strategic marketing campaigns that build relationships with our key audiences – providers who will be ordering our services, payers who will be covering our service and retailers who will be partnering with us to deliver our service.
- Work with digital marketing to maintain the monthly social media content calendar. Assist with getting content approvals, posting and monitoring our social channels. Help to maintain and update our digital sites using CMS tools such as Drupal. Assist with pulling digital metrics for social media and website reports.
- Manage our annual event calendar, ensuring that we are attending the right events that engage our key audiences. Drive project schedules and manage budgets. Work directly with vendors and internal teams to manage demos and show logistics. Determine appropriate collateral, sponsorships, speaking engagements, promotions, and staffing for each event to ensure we make an impact.
- Ensure all leads are captured, uploaded to our CRM system and followed-up on in a timely manner; evaluate the quality of the event and determine if we should invest again.
- Assist with content development across all mediums. Support the development of internal and external presentations.
- Work with the PR team to set up interviews and execute media events.
- Develop and maintain marketing documents (style and brand guides, messaging playbooks, etc.) Maintain the company brand center and photo library.
- Ensure all marketing elements are high-quality, compliant, and accessible.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience in marketing roles, preferably in tech, retail, diagnostics and/or healthcare industries.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or similar degree.
- At least one year of experience executing large scale events and tradeshows, including booth logistics and speaking arrangements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present marketing strategies clearly.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to thoughtfully plan the steps needed to get to success.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects at the same time. Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience marketing to unique audiences such as providers, retailers and payers.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal) and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho)
- Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred.
- Collaborative team player who works well in a team setting and across departments.
