Marketing Operations Manager

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing integrated marketing programs and coordinating the creation and execution of campaigns specific to our digital ecosystem. The scope for this role includes leading and evolving end-to-end marketing workflow processes, recommending, and optimizing marketing workflow and automation technology. The ideal candidate is naturally curious and seeks a deep understanding of how to engage with consumers, clinicians, payers and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of existing and emerging technology initiatives for email and marketing automation channel while operating within data compliance frameworks.
  • Own lead organization, including post campaign lead data migration, ensuring our leads are properly stored in our CRM for follow up. Ensure our email lists and organized and maintained for maximum deliverability.
  • Develop engaging and compelling digital content in various channels including website, social media, and email. Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for creating supplemental content.
  • Contribute to growing our presence on owned digital channels through asset management. Assist with getting content approvals, posting, and engaging with our followers.
  • Identify and communicate trends and opportunities through a working knowledge of analytics, SEO, lead generation, 3rd party research, digital trends, and past campaign data.
  • Lead the extraction of digital metrics across web, social, email, and advertising. Maintain and evolve monthly and quarterly company analytic reports.
  • Utilize design tools to create compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
  • Help to maintain and update our corporate and future websites.
  • Provide oversight and goal tracking between Marketing channels and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or a marketing operations role with in-depth knowledge of the digital landscape.
  • Certifications and in-depth knowledge of marketing automation systems and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience managing a website with a robust content management system (WordPress, Craft, Drupal)
  • Demonstrated experience using social media management tools to monitor, report and engage (Meltwater, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Passionate about emerging digital technologies and creating a resonating and authentic brand experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or regulated industries, marketing to B2B and/or B2C audiences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with paid social media execution, media buying, bid types.
  • Experience using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
