Program Manager

Salary Range: $82K-110K depending on experience
Position Summary:
- Responsible for Program Management activities, Project Management activities and general Marketing support.
Key Responsibilities/Program Management:
- Manage projects across all product lines in accordance with established internal policies and Design Control processes.
- Point of contact for managed product lines; customer facing and internally.
- Prepare sales and cost analyses on all new and existing products.
- Conduct market research on existing and potential product lines.
- Provide regular forecasts for all responsible products. Propose build quantities and timing to the Planning group based on sales history and knowledge of OEM customer order timing.
- Manage all design changes associated with product additions or modifications. Ensure customer notification is conducted where necessary.
- Assist with development of new marketing materials and trade show publicity.
Project Management:
- Organize and lead product teams from all functional departments through all phases of development and post launch commercialization following established Design Control processes.
- Facilitate team meetings effectively; acting as the marketing representative to include timely issuance of meeting minutes, detailing decisions, action items and responsible parties.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of the respective projects including customer interface.
- Complete project phase deliverables including project plan, financial justification, preparation of checklists, design verification/validation.
- Ensure team deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Review and interpret project deliverables from team members; ensuring the deliverables meet project and company standards.
- Interact with customers to ensure communication on the project status is delivered routinely and clearly to meet the customer’s expectations.
Marketing:
- Reviews value assignment data on lot specific product charts to assist Technical Support.
- Attend Trade Shows and Sales Meetings.
- Assure web site content and marketing literature updates and accuracy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to state opinions in a direct and candid manner to team members and executives of all levels of authority.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree: Bachelor of Science and/or MBA preferred with minimum 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Intermediate skill level with MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
