This position is part of the Quality Control (or) Quality Assurance Department located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and serve with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Complete work independently under daily supervision direction from the QC supervisor and/ or QC Lead
  • Perform advanced assays requiring precise analytical skills and understanding of biological and chemical principles
  • Analyze, interpret, and report test results on the internal Database system
  • Document and compare testing results against control/specification limits.
  • Identify quality concerns and escalate when appropriate
  • Identify Out of Specification results and initiate OOS Investigation, perform Root Cause Analysis, Develop Hypotheses testing plan and complete OOS investigations.
  • Act as a collaborator for associated Quality Events and/ or CAPA’s

Must HaveThe essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience working in a laboratory environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Scientific related field required/preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of biological processes

Hours:

  • First Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Second Shift: 3:30pm - 11:30pm
  • Third Shift: 8:00pm - 6:00am (sign on bonus may be available)
  • Part-Time and Full-Time positions available (sign on bonus may be available)

Days:

  • Sunday - Thursday
  • Friday - Monday
  • Monday - Friday
