General Function:

The person in this position provides high level of supervision to 25+ mentally ill persons experiencing a behavioral health crisis in the CSU/MMCWM/Respite Program. These patients have high acuity, have decompensated in symptoms and require supervision for safety. Monitors and makes written documentation of clients’ behavior. Provides direct services and administers medications to high volume of clients in the Crisis program.

Qualifications; Knowledge and Training:

The person occupying this position must be trained as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse and be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
