RNA Client Relations Manager

This position is part of the RNA Client Services located in Fargo, ND and will be hybrid. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the RNA Client Relations Team and report to the Sr Manager, RNA Client Relations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Interface with and support Field Sales when interacting with new/existing clients requesting clinical RNA manufacturing services.
  • Work closely with CR Coordinators to identify and support clients when ready to transition from Research Grade to clinical manufacturing.
  • Generation of SOWs, including involvement from internal technical and operations teams to align on proposed manufacturing scheme
  • Execution of SOWs and smooth hand-off to Program Management.
  • Maintain relationships with active clients and ensure repeat clinical manufacturing projects.
  • Assist with agreement negotiations as necessary.
  • Interfacing with internal Aldevron groups to ensure readiness.
  • Communicate client feedback to management regarding new service opportunities with suggestions to improve Aldevron’s service
  • Support and assist with training of new Client Relations Coordinator hires.
  • Ability to accurately manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field required
  • 1 or more years of previous training and experience in a client facing role
  • Previous experience with a CRM interface
  • Broad scientific and technical expertise in the fields of immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, and protein biochemistry
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership and organization skills
  • Could be open to a remote or hybrid work schedule.
