Senior Manager, Global Marketing - Fabry
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Global Marketing (Fabry) will partner on the implementation of the global marketing strategy as well as planning and execution of key Galafold initiatives. This role will be expected to drive completion of projects from start to finish with close collaboration with cross functional teams, international affiliates, and external vendors
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of key global marketing tactics in line with global strategy for use in affiliate markets. This may include both traditional marketing and digital approaches
- Contribute to the development of the annual brand plan with cross-functional collaboration to ensure
alignment across the organization - Manage communications with affiliates on the status of ongoing projects and available global marketing resources
- Partner with affiliate markets to support the localization of global resources
- Seek feedback and insights on global initiatives and activities to understand customer needs and develop action plan to address those needs
- Support the development of patient support program materials
- Manage external agency partner relationships, contracts and budgets while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and on strategy.
- Support global congress planning with coordination of end-to-end meeting management while ensuring alignment with key internal stakeholders
- Key contributor in organizing and participating in global brand meetings and internal best practice sharing meetings
- Ensure projects are executed in a timely manner and in collaboration with the appropriate internal

- Ensure compliance with all Amicus policies and procedures, as well as all local regulatory and legal requirements. Ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place to meet these requirements

Educational Requirements:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience required; degree in health sciences or MBA preferred
Professional Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of Product Marketing and related commercial function experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Rare Disease experience highly desirable, with requirement of understanding of specialty therapeutics addressing significant unmet medical needs
- Experience of classic marketing discipline and digital marketing experience highly desirable

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
