Salary Range: $140K-190K depending on experience
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager responsible for Cell and Gene Therapy. The role will report into the Sr. Director of Product Management and Marketing and will be responsible to shape and deliver on our strategy to expand market penetration of the RNAscope portfolio in Cell and Gene Therapy. Responsibilities will include development and execution of high-growth go-to-market strategies, demand generation sales and marketing programs and development of a global KOL network to unlock new business potential.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the cell and gene therapy market landscape along with exceptional skills in market development and KOL management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and execute high-impact sales and marketing GTM strategies to drive revenue growth in spatial products and services in Cell and Gene Therapy markets.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel global marketing programs to acquire and convert new customers and engage, retain, and grow our existing customers in Cell and Gene Therapy.
- Develop and amplify the spatial value proposition internally and externally for Cell and Gene Therapy applications. Present at regional and global conferences.
- Lead the development of high-value content specific to Cell and Gene Therapy including customer testimonials, white papers, and case studies.
- Collaborate with product management to expand product and service offerings for Cell and Gene Therapy customers to increase market penetration.
- Develop and lead a global KOL network to drive advocacy and inform the development of new products and services.

- Able to develop and execute multi-channel customer-centric marketing programs to achieve business objectives.
- Able to develop, manage and drive high-impact KOL networks to build advocacy and identify new product opportunities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast growing, highly collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to get things done, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems, working in concert with others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship building skills at all organizational levels.
